ECS Changes

ECS Publishing Corporation is pleased to announce that they have made a partnership agreement with Canticle Distribution of Fenton, Missouri for the exclusive distribution of ECS Publishing’s products within USA and Canada, and non-exclusive distribution throughout the rest of the world. As of January 1, 2012, Canticle Distribution will take over sales, distribution, invoicing, receiving of payments for sales, new issue releasing and promotion of all ECS Publishing products. All ECS products will be available as in the past, (including print-on-demand product), but under Canticle’s trade policies. In addition to being the exclusive distributor of MorningStar Music Publishers and Aureole Editions (who share the same owners as Canticle), Canticle Distributing is also the exclusive distributor for Prime Music and Laurendale Associates.

Starting in January, the websites of both Canticle Distributing and ECS Publishing will be linked, and customers seeking to buy ECS product will be steered to Canticle. Customers seeking rental items from ECS Publishing through Canticle will be steered from Canticle’s site to the ECS Publishing website.

At the same time, ECS Publishing is moving its corporate offices 20 miles west of Boston to a new location in Framingham, Massachusetts. ECS Publishing, through its current staff will still maintain editorial control of its publications and will continue to publish as it has in the past. All licensing will still be maintained at ECS, and the rental department will be housed with its current staff at the new location in Framingham, Massachusetts.
