Permission Requests

To request permission to reprint words that are under copyright by ECS Publishing, please provide us with the following information:

• Name of person requesting permission
• Organization name
• Organization address
• Organization phone number
• Organization fax number
• Title of work
• Composer
• Number of copies being made
• Use (i.e. reprinting text in a bulletin, concert program etc.)
• Date of use

Mechanical License Request

To request permission to record an ECS work, please provide us with the following information:

• Name of person requesting license
• Organization name
• Organization address
• Organization phone number
• Organization fax number
• Title of work (and collection title if applicable)
• Composer
• Number of copies being produced
• Duration of work
• Use (i.e. CD, Tape, etc.)

Note: ECS usually charges the statutory rate.
